Currently, our offices are open by scheduled appointments only. Here are the proactive steps we have put in place:
- All clients are encouraged to use our Secure File Portal to send us files and exchange documents online. You can access the portal via our website by clicking on the login button at the very bottom righthand side of the page or click here.
- Please call to make arrangements if you need to bring us paper documents.
- We have taken our teamwork virtual by allowing our staff to work remotely. Please call us at 970-245-6255 if you want to schedule an appointment.
During this difficult time, we are committed to serving our clients and staff with care and consideration. We will continue to monitor the situation and take precautionary measures to promote the health and safety of our staff and clients.
The Treasury Department and the Internal Revenue Service are providing special Filing and Payment relief to individuals and businesses in response to the COVID-19 Outbreak. The filing deadline for tax returns is automatically extended until July 15, 2020. Income tax payment deadlines are being automatically extended until July 15, 2020.
However, we at the Hancock Group are processing returns as normal and will update you as we process your return.
